My Sparkles is committed to protecting your privacy.

Under the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict procedures and do not disclose any customer information to third parties other than for delivery purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may occasionally use your email address to send you deals, promotions and information of new items. If you wish to no longer receive emails from My Sparkles then please opt out and you will be removed from our mailing list.

Postage

All items that are sent free of charge are sent 2nd class standard post via Royal Mail. If you would like your order to be sent differently then please select from the other options.

Mysparkles does not take any responsibility for any losses in the post so if you would like to insure your order then please select a recorded delivery option. A receipt of postage is always obtained.

Orders made before 2pm will be sent the same day, all orders after this time will be sent the next working day.

All orders over £50 will be sent recorded delivery, free of charge.

Free Postage only applies within the UK.

All international payments are to be paid via paypal only.

Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product(s) then please email returns@mysparkles.co.uk and you will be provided with a return address. Items are to be returned within 7 days and we recommend that you send back via recorded delivery. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Only the price of the item will be refunded/exchanged. Any additional postage will not be refunded.

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged.
